Is it really free?
Yes. The Free tier gives you 50 orders to start - no credit card, no time limit. Your direct order link, DuitNow QR proof flow, quotations and invoices, expense tracking, and reply drafts are all included.
Can my customers pay through my order link?
Yes. Add the DuitNow QR issued to your business. Customers pay you directly and upload their receipt for your review. Kedaiflow does not receive, hold, settle, or refund customer funds.
What happens after my first 50 free orders?
Upgrade to Pro at RM 120/month for unlimited orders, operational tools, SST reporting tools, and MyInvois submission when enabled for your account. Running with a team or a larger operation? Talk to us and we'll set you up. Either way, your customer records stay yours - no lock-in, cancel any time.
Why upgrade to Pro?
Pro gives you unlimited orders, supportive monthly recaps and seasonal reminders, SST reporting tools, and MyInvois submission when enabled for your account. Your direct order page drops the "Made with Kedaiflow" footer. Pro is RM 120/month, one month at a time. We are not taking annual prepayment during the pilot. Right now we are not taking payment at all — our business account is still being set up, so we invoice you at your rate, switch Pro on when you accept it, and start charging only once we can invoice you properly.
What if I run with a team or a larger operation?
Talk to us. If you need staff accounts, order assignment, hands-on setup, or anything beyond Pro, we'll tailor a plan and onboard you directly. There's no separate self-serve tier — we set it up with you so it actually fits how you work.
Will Kedaiflow file my SST returns?
No — Kedaiflow calculates SST and prepares records, but the SST return itself is filed via MySST. Kedaiflow keeps your numbers tidy so when filing time comes, the data is ready.
How do I pay for my Pro plan?
Use the billing method shown in your account. Self-serve Billplz billing will appear only after Kedaiflow's production billing is enabled; until then, activation is handled directly by our team.
Are AI features (photo, voice, paste) free?
Yes — every tier includes AI order parsing via photo, voice, and pasted WhatsApp chats. Photo Magic onboarding is free for everyone.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancelling stops the next paid renewal and is separate from deleting your account. Your account stays available under the applicable plan while it remains open. If you choose account deletion, export anything you need first because deletion may remove access immediately.
