Is it really free?
Yes. The Free tier is forever — your first 50 orders every month, no time limit, no credit card. The Photo Magic, your shop link, and accepting customer payments are all included.
Can my customers pay through my shop link?
Yes — connect your own Billplz account in Settings (free for you to open with SSM registration). Customers pay via DuitNow QR, FPX, cards, or e-wallets, and the money settles directly to your bank. Kedaiflow never holds your funds and never takes a commission. If you don't want this, you can keep using a static DuitNow QR with manual confirm — the choice is yours.
What happens after 50 orders?
Upgrade to Pro at RM 49/month for unlimited orders, or Business at RM 99/month if you also need silent compliance. Either way, your data stays — no lock-in, cancel any time.
Why upgrade to Pro?
Pro (RM 49/month) gives you unlimited orders, the full AI companion (voice setup, voice ask, smart reminders, pricing whisper), photo enhancement, and weekly stories. No watermark on your shop page. Most active sellers move to Pro within a few weeks.
What does Business add?
Business (RM 99/month) is for sellers who run with help. Everything in Pro, plus multi-staff accounts and priority support. Compliance handling (SST, LHDN) is included for sellers who eventually need it — but it stays out of the way until you do.
Will Kedaiflow file my SST returns?
No — Kedaiflow calculates SST and prepares records, but the SST return itself is filed via MySST. Kedaiflow keeps your numbers tidy so when filing time comes, the data is ready.
How do I pay for my Pro / Business plan?
DuitNow QR, FPX online banking, or credit/debit card via Billplz. No hidden fees. No setup charges. Cancel anytime — your data stays accessible.
Are AI features (photo, voice, paste) free?
Yes — every tier includes AI parsing for photo, voice, and pasted chats. The Photo Magic onboarding is free for everyone. Pro adds voice across the whole app, not just setup.
